Our professional groomer Devin has years of experience grooming dogs at Petsmart and mobile grooming in Toronto. Devin is passionate about creating a safe, calm, and stress-free grooming experience for every pup. of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments — always with patience, compassion, and care.
Health Issues: If Devin notices any health issues during your dog’s groom, you will contacted to discuss the situation and determine the next best steps.
Grooming Rates:
• Rates: Grooming rates start at the short hair length price and may vary depending on the condition of your dog’s coat once Devin assesses your dog.
• De-matting: After 10 minutes of de-matting, an extra de-matting charge may apply if required; charged by the minute at $1/minute.
• Scissoring: There is an extra scissoring fee for haircuts longer than 5/8″.
• Anal Gland Expression: Anal glands are expressed externally only. Please see your vet for internal anal gland expression.
• Uncooperative Dogs: Please discuss with Devin any severe behavioural resistance to your dog being groomed.
Grooming Appointment Policies:
• No-Shows: No-shows subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled grooming cost.
• Cancelations: Within 24 hours subject to a 50% cancelation fee of the scheduled grooming cost.
• Punctuality: Our appointments are time-based, so please arrive on time for drop-off. Devin or our administrator will text or call you as soon as your pup is ready for pick up, and we ask that you arrive within 15 minutes.
• Late Fee: A late fee may be applied if you are more than 15 minutes late for either your drop-off or pickup time, and have not contacted Devin or the Dog Ranch.
